The House in the Cerulean Sea- T.J. Klune

The House in the Cerulean Sea is a great book about a man named Linus who always follows the rules in the Department in Charge of Magical Youth. His job is to determine whether some orphanages should remain open and in this book he gets a case to go to an orphanage with 6 more dangerous and magical children than usual. At first he is shocked at how Aurthor Parnassus handles the children and more than a little intimidated by some of the children, but as time passes he develops friendships and begins to care for the children. And he learns the true meaning of a home. I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend this book to people ages 11(maybe 10) and older.
