Carter and Sadie are twins who have lost their mom and been separated. Sadie is with her Gran and Gramps, while Carter is with his dad Dr. Kane. Carter and Sadie see each other once a year on their birthday. This year, Dr. Kane brings the kids to a British museum where he accidentally releases an Egyptian god. Sadie and Carter go on a quest around the world. They learn secrets about their family and figure out they might be connected to an Ancient Egyptian society. I would recommend this to anyone who likes humor, sarcasm, and mythology. I would also recommend this book to anyone and everyone but also ages 5 and up. I give this book a 5/5.
