Aru shah always tells the truth, or a version of the truth anyway . Her classmates are going off to cool places while she’s stuck at Home. Of course she tells her class about the grand adventures she will be going on while in Reality she will be helping in the museum. When two girls in her class come to the Museum of Ancient Indian Art And Culture that her mom works at to catch her lying she threatens to light the lamp of bharata. Her classmates don’t believe in magic lamps and just laugh. Aru lights the lamp and releases an ancient demon, the sleeper. The Sleeper now is trying to wake the god of destruction while her mom and classmates are frozen in time. The only was to stop the Sleeper is to find the reincarnations of the Pandava brothers. I would recommend this book for ages 9-15 and anyone who likes fiction. I would give this book a 4/5
